2. Eligibility and Registration

2.4 One Account Policy

You may maintain only one Account on the ffbb77 Platform. If ffbb77 identifies that you hold more than one Account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided. Where ffbb77 determines that duplicate accounts were created to abuse promotions, it reserves the right to withhold all associated balances.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ffbb77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ffbb77 does not accept payments in any foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. ffbb77 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice provided via the Platform.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your Account Balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Delays may occur due to network congestion, system maintenance, or payment provider issues outside the control of ffbb77. In the event of a delayed deposit, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during normal BST business hours. ffbb77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to successful completion of Verification requirements. ffbb77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where it deems this necessary for security or compliance purposes.

3.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. ffbb77 will not accept funds from accounts belonging to third parties. Withdrawals will be issued to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered Account. Any attempt to use a third-party payment method may result in suspension of the Account and reversal of the transaction.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

4.3 Abuse of Promotions

4.4 Changes to Promotions

ffbb77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a player has already accepted a bonus and met all applicable conditions at the time of a change, the pre-change terms will apply to that player's existing bonus balance.

5. Game Rules and Betting

5.1 Game Provider Terms

Games available on the ffbb77 Platform are supplied by independent third-party providers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account management, payments, and conduct obligations, while the game provider's rules shall govern the specific mechanics and outcomes of that game.

5.2 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during the course of a game or bet, ffbb77's records of the relevant round or event shall be definitive. Where a malfunction prevents a game from completing normally, ffbb77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's Balance. No additional compensation will be provided for game interruptions caused by factors outside ffbb77's control.

5.4 Responsible Betting

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the money you wager. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions. ffbb77 does not provide betting advice and nothing on the Platform should be construed as a recommendation or guarantee of any outcome.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ffbb77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any software, algorithm, or system used by ffbb77 or its game providers.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Abusing any bonus, promotion, or referral scheme through multi-accounting or coordinated activity.

• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your Account in bad faith.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by ffbb77

ffbb77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct that may cause harm to the Platform or to other players.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining Balance at the time of Account closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of Verification and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in place. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons, you may activate the self-exclusion feature within your Account settings or request exclusion via the support team. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, ffbb77 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your Account for the duration you have specified. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period has elapsed.

In no event shall ffbb77's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the amount of the player's verified Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
